I can't find my Outlook Contacts folder in the Global Address book!

You may need to turn on the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book property in Outlook.

Follow these steps:
  1. In Outlook, on the Go menu, click Contacts.
  2. Right-click the Contacts folder that contains the information that you want to use in an email or for a mail merge, and then click Properties.

  3. On the Outlook Address Book tab, make sure that the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book check box is selected, and then click OK.

I just want to insert a FORM text box!

Should it be this difficult? To find these 'legacy' features follow this road map:

From the DEVELOPER Tab, click on the tools icon - this displays the Legacy Forms and here you'll find the text box you've been looking for!

How do I UNPROTECT my Word Form?

This is an odd one. You'll find this on the REVIEW tab. Even though you're trying to unprotect, select the "Protect Document" option. When you click Protect Document, click "Restrict Formatting and Editing", NOT "Restrict Permission".
Finally, the familiar Task Pane appears and you can select "Stop Protection". that's just ugly!

You don't like the new spacing in Word 2007?

When you first boot up Word 2007 and start working on documents, you'll probably notice that Word 2007's default layout is to space lines a little looser on the page than in previous versions. In general, this makes for documents that are easier on the eye because there's more white space.
But..if you don't like this new style: from the HOME tab, select Change Styles and select the Office 2003 Style Set.
